Big Bad Agency Tools — Privacy Policy

Last updated 23 October 2026 · Published by Big Bad Agency

In short: "Control Tower" is Big Bad Agency's own internal tool. It signs in with Google only so we can manage our own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public, it does not collect data about other people, and nothing it receives from Google is sold, shared or used for advertising.

Who uses it

Only Big Bad Agency staff, signing in with the agency's own Google account. If you are not part of Big Bad Agency, you have no reason to sign in to it.

What Google data it uses

When we sign in, we grant these Google permissions:

Google also tells us the name, id and handle of the channel we signed in with, so the tool knows which channel it is working on.

Where it is kept

The sign-in token and the channel name and id are stored on Big Bad Agency's own computer, in a private file that is never published. Analytics figures we read are kept in our internal reports. Nothing is sent to anyone other than Google.

What we never do

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

Access can be withdrawn at any time from Google Account › Third-party connections. Doing so stops the tool immediately; we then delete the stored token.

Changes

If this changes we will update this page and the date above first.
