Refund policy.
Ask within 12 months of buying a Pro licence and you get a full refund.
How to ask
Email hello@bigbad.agency with your order number, from the email address you used at checkout. Your order number is in the order email WooCommerce sent you.
What you get back
The full amount you paid for that order. It goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Stripe says refunds usually show on your statement within 5 to 10 business days; the exact time depends on your bank.
What happens to the licence
When we refund an order, we deactivate its licence key. Pro features stop on every site that used that key the next time the plugin checks its licence (within about a day), and the free plugin keeps working. If you only want to move the licence to another site, you do not need a refund: deactivate it on one site and activate it on the other.
After 12 months
After 12 months from the purchase date we do not refund, except where the law requires it.
Upgrades
If you paid the difference to move up a tier, that payment is refundable the same way, within 12 months of when you paid it.
